Over the years Regent has moved to encompass personal and corporate insurance services on top of their core focus of vehicle insurance. This expansion led to the development of three major divisions within the company:

• Motor insurance division: This division focuses on the core of Regents’ business, providing comprehensive motor insurance, shortfall insurance and vehicle warranty insurance.
• Commercial division: The commercial division covers heavy commercial vehicles, motor fleets, goods in transit, marine insurance, aviation insurance, commercial vehicle warranty and commercial vehicle shortfall cover.
• Broker and underwriting: this division takes care of the underwriting of domestic insurance, travel insurance, commercial insurance as well as other advisory financial services.
